    • Live Kickoff Webinar: Overview of the course, expectations, and introduction to the role of a product manager.
    • Asynchronous Content: Reading materials and videos on the product development cycle and the PM’s responsibilities.
    • Assignment: Reflection on current understanding and aspirations as a product manager.
  • Week 2-3: Problem Identification
    • Week 2: Live Session on qualitative and quantitative research methods; asynchronous work on identifying a problem space.
    • Week 3: Workshop on building user personas and calculating TAM; assignment on drafting a hypothetical product’s TAM and ROI.
  • Week 4-5: Communication Skills
    • Week 4: Asynchronous modules on active listening and storytelling; interactive forum discussions.
    • Week 5: Live workshop on persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills; assignment on crafting a story around a product idea.
  • Week 6: Drafting a PRD
    • Asynchronous content on the components of a PRD; workshop on drafting a PRD for the hypothetical product identified in Week 2.
  • Week 7: Refining Communication & Presentation Skills
    • Live review sessions of PRDs; asynchronous content on refining pitches; peer feedback on presentation drafts.
  • Week 8: Project: Pitch a Product Vision
    • Final preparation of pitches; live presentations to a panel of instructors and guest executives; feedback and closing ceremony.
